Jacksonville 9-1-1 Dispatcher recognized as hero after guiding rescuers to location of woman during house fire
A Jacksonville 911-operator is being recognized as a hero after staying on the phone with a woman during a house fire and leading rescuers to her exact location, even after she stopped communicating.

Incident #22-041: Jerusalem Twp. IMAT Response
At 11 a.m., Chief 37 was at Allen-Clay JFD Station 35 in Clay Center for a brief meeting. Before the meeting, ACJFD was dispatched to assist Jerusalem Township Fire with a working structure fire. Being only 6 miles away, Chief 37 notified command he was available and was requested to the scene, assigned as Charlie Division Supervisor.
